We often literally "carry the weight of the world" on our shoulders. Fascia, the silver-skin-like webbing surrounding our muscles, is incredibly sensitive to emotional stress.

Trapped Emotions

When we experience fear or grief, our fascia can tighten. Over time, these unresolved emotions become trapped, manifesting as chronic stiffness that stretching alone can't fix. This is why people sometimes experience emotional releases—like unexpected tears or sudden clarity—during a massage.

The Release

Through myofascial release and targeted pressure, we can break up these physical and emotional adhesions. By releasing the physical tightness, we create space for the emotional energy to move, helping you feel whole again.
